and click on "Northern On the Web"
to enter the STUDENT AREA (You can view general
financial aid information, The Class Schedule
and Course Catalog without a log in and
password. This is information is general. The
Class schedule once you login is OFFICIAL
schedule with all the up-to-the-minute changes
including courses OPEN, CLOSED, WAITLISTED, OR
CANCELLED. To register and access your
information you must login.) |

Enter
your USER ID (This is your S S N with no dashes) |

Enter
your PIN--For the first time your login your PIN
will be EITHER:
A) Your birth-date as 6 digits, for example if
your birthday is May 11, 1981 you will type it
as 051181
or
B) The last six digits of your social security
number. |

Once you
have successfully logged on, you will be
required to enter a new 6 digit PIN number. Your
PIN can be any six numbers (NO LETTERS OR
SYMBOLS). You should keep your PIN number in a
safe place where you can access it when you need
it. |

You will
then be prompted to enter your SECURITY QUESTION
and ANSWER. This question can be any question
you want, typed in upper or lower case letters.
For example, Question: What is my dog's name?
Answer: Spot. If you forget your pin this
question will come up for you to answer.
Successfully answering this question will reset
your pin back to your birth-date (or last 6
digits of your S S N whichever you used to log
in the first time) Note: You can change your
question at any time by going to PERSONAL
INFORMATION then CHANGE SECURITY QUESTION. |
