Obtaining Your Academic Transcript From West Virginia Northern Community College

ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT
To request an academic transcript, please submit a letter stating that you would like your transcript sent. 
In the letter include your:

Name

Social Security Number

Approximate Dates of Attendance

Graduation Year

Current Address and Telephone Number

Sign the letter (Your signature is required before your transcript can be released)

Your first transcript is free.

If you have received your free transcript, there is a $5.00 fee per transcript requested. 

Please make your check / money order out to W V  N C C.
