| The Career Planning and Placement
Office offers students assistance in making career
decisions, exploring career options and conducting
effective job searches. Services include, but are
not limited to:
- individual career advising, including identification
of interests, abilities and values; seminars on
career decision making, resume preparation and interviewing
skills;
- mock interviews which allow students to practice
and improve interview performances;
- career fairs and on-campus recruiting;
- assistance with using the internet for on-line
career exploration;
- a Career Corner at each Learning Resources Center
containing career information and videos.
In addition to the above services, which are free
to all students and alumni, The Career Planning and
Placement Office provides special assistance to students
who register with the office, including resume assistance,
credential files and job referrals.
