Culinary Arts Students Offer Fall Luncheons

The Culinary Arts students at West Virginia Northern Community College once again are adding some pizzazz to lunch time.

The 2009 Fall Luncheons, open to the public, will offer a variety of festive choices, taking you into the Holiday Season with flair, and will begin on Oct. 26 and run through Dec. 10.

A Country Brunch will be the theme Oct. 26, 27, 28 and 29, from 9-11 a.m. Fresh made-to-order omelets and waffles will be served, along with House breakfast sausage and other traditional breakfast and light lunch items.

The always popular Fall Harvest will be held Nov. 16, 18, and 19, with seating at 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., and Nov. 17, with seating at 11 a.m. This fall favorite offers a traditional Thanksgiving buffet with a modern twist. Reservations are strongly encouraged for this event because of limited seating.

Perfect for the rushed holiday season, Yuletide, Dec. 7, 9 and 10, at noon, allows the guest to enjoy a delightful dining experience and a moment of relaxation.

Two Ál a carte luncheons also will be offered, the first Nov. 2-5 and 9-12, and then again on Dec. 1 and 2, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. These Ál a carte lunches will feature hot soups, salads and sandwiches, along with light dinner items. The Ál a carte luncheons offer carryout for added convenience.

To make reservations or order by carryout please contact Pat at 304-214-8934 or email: reservations@mail.wvncc.edu.
