The West Virginia SBDC provides consultation, training, financial
analysis and problem-solving services to existing and start-up small businesses within the College's six-county district. Services provided by the Center include assistance with business plans and loan applications and networking with local and state agencies and businesses to access resources which are available to small business. The SBDC office is located on the Wheeling Regional Campus, but the Program Manager and Business Analyst regularly meet with clients in Weirton and New Martinsville and in other communities throughout the Northern Panhandle.
