How do I log in to take the survey?
You will be sent a link to your survey(s) via your @mail.wvncc.edu email address that contains your CoursEval username and password. Even though you log in to CoursEval, your survey data is confidential and instructors do not have access to survey results until after final grades have been submitted.
I can't log into my @mail.wvncc.edu email to get my evaluation.
If you are unable to log into your @mail.wvncc.edu email address please go to the student services center at your campus to request assistance with your email. You will need your student ID number when requestion this assistance.
I can't log into CoursEval.
If you are having issues logging into CoursEval, please contact courseevalhelp@mail.wvncc.edu to be assisted.
Are course evaluation results confidential?
Yes! Evaluations cannot be connected to the person who submitted the responses.
Will my instructor see my comments before my grade is submitted?
No. No survey data is made available to instructors until after final grades have been submitted.
I did not recieve an evaluation for all my courses. Why?
Currently, not all courses are being surveyed using CoursEval. If your class is using CoursEval, you will be emailed a link to the course survey.
I didn't receive an on-line survey, but others in my class did. Why not?
CoursEval uses the @mail.wvncc.edu email address that you are given to when you first register. If you have not activated your @mail.wvncc.edu email address, please contact the service center at your campus.
