2013-2014 WVNCC Scholarship Application - Current, Returning, Adult Students - Priority Deadline March 1st
2013-2014 WVNCC Scholarship Application - 2013 High School Graduates Only - Priority Deadline March 1st
The following Scholarships are still available for the 2013-2014 school year (as of 11/22/13):
Mary K. Ahrens Scholarship – May be awarded up to full-time tuition, one (1) award remaining.
Requirements: Awarded to a recent high school graduate enrolled in the EDGE program.
Amber Raine Knowlton Memorial Scholarship – One (1) $500 award
Requirements: Awarded to a disabled or home-schooled student attending the New Martinsville Campus. Must have completed at least one semester with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Howard T. Jeffers Award – One (1) $1000 award remaining.
Requirements: Awarded to a graduate of Magnolia High School. Student must submit an essay titiled “Life and Works of Howard T. Jeffers”.
Mildred V. Niekamp Scholarship – Three (3) awards remaining. Awards are up to full tuition & fees.
Requirements: Awarded to a woman pursuing a career in Business (full or part-time). Preference is given to students of Marshall County, but may also be a resident of Ohio or Wetzel Counties
Tomorrow’s Chef Scholarship – One (1) $650 award
Requirements: Awarded to a graduate of Wheeling Park High School who is majoring in Culinary Arts and has an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher
