National Fire Prevention Week

October 4-10th is Fire Prevention Week!

This year’s theme is Serve Up Fire Safety in the Kitchen.

Did you know cooking is the #1 cause of home fires and home fire injuries? RSVP for a fire prevention bag to learn about fire prevention, home fire safety, practicing an escape plan, testing your smoke alarms, and more.

The prevention bag includes a smoke detector with a battery and information on fire safety and prevention practices. Let us know if you have children and we will include Firefighter and mascot “Sparky” coloring sheets and a fire prevention activity kit!
