January 5, 2023, at Noon
Last day for pre-registered students to pay tuition and fees or have financial aid file complete with aid awarded

January 6, 2023
First day for all students to charge books and supplies using financial aid (watch your email for more information)

January 17, 2023
Semester begins for full-term classes

End of January
New student file sent to BankMobile (watch your email for more information)

January 20, 2023
Last day to submit a financial aid SAP appeal for the Spring 2023 term (required students only)

February 1, 2023
Last day to charge books and supplies using financial aid

February 14 2023
*First day to disburse financial aid to student accounts (this is not the financial aid refund date)

February 16, 2023
*1st time student loan borrower’s funds disbursed (30-day delay) (this is not the financial aid refund date)

February 23, 2023
Credit balances (refunds) from financial aid disbursements sent to BankMobile *via the Business Office

March 21, 2023
*2nd half of Federal Student Loans disbursed to student accounts (this is not the refund date)

March 23, 2023
