Northern's Paramedic Technology program provides didactic training in advanced life support aspects of emergency pre-hospital care and includes Division I, II, III, IV, V and VI of the National Standard Curriculum for EMT-Paramedics by the Department of Transportation.
Interested parties must possess current certification as a DOT 110 EMT-B (Scheduling for EMT training can be obtained from RESA VI (304-243-0440) or by contacting Wheeling Hospital for classes generally starting during August. Specific requirements and co-requisites apply for admission into the program.
