De-Stress Fest: Fit Chicken - Stress Relief Yoga

The Department of Student Activities aims to assist you in relieving stress during mid-term week!
Join us on Zoom for the second of our Fit Chicken exercise series this semester for a yoga workout! The class begins at 6PM, so grab your water bottle, computer, and let’s get started! Join us for all four events in the series to be entered to win a Fitbit Charge 3.
Instructor Joelle Moray views Yoga as the union of mind and body.
The style of yoga she teaches is trauma-informed and uses a variety of techniques to help calm the nervous system from the grind of everyday life. This relaxing style of yoga is helpful for people experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or simply regular stressors from daily life.
With managing family, school, work, and more life can get unbalanced and sometimes feel overwhelming. Yoga is a great way to take care of yourself - mind & body - so that you can live a wildly awesome life.
Joelle Moray is a 200hr RYT Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teacher. She is also certified as a 100hr trauma-informed yoga teacher.
