PROGRAM DIRECTOR, HUMAN SERVICES, EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE & EDUCATION
As Program Director, I can provide academic advising to students pursuing any of the options under Human Services or Early Childhood, as well as students in Associate of Arts programs who are pursuing transfer for bachelor's degrees in psychology, sociology, social work, child development, early childhood education, or related fields. The official advisors for these programs are: (Wheeling) - Joyce Britt, Human Services; Kathy Herrington, Associate in Arts programs in psychology and social work and Early Childhood Care & Education; (Weirton) - R.J. Canter, all of the above (New Martinsville) Darcey Ferrell, all of the above.
I highly recommend that students see their academic or program advisor during registration, due to the fact that some courses are only offered once a year or once every other year. A decision to self-advise or failure to see a faculty advisor may adversely affect projected graduation date.
