Black Balloon Day

On this day we remember those who have lost their lives to drug overdose.

In honor of Black Balloon Day, the Marshall County RISE Coalition will hang a black balloon and a sign to remember those we have lost to overdoses and to raise awareness of the opioid crisis.

We encourage everyone to wear black that day if possible. We will be taking a group photo in front of the B&O at 10am.
