Admission Requirements LPN Program

  1. High school graduate or equivalent (GED/TASC/HiSET).
  2. Program application form on file and $25 application fee. (Fee is to be paid once application is completed).
  3. Resume submitted to the Application Hub. Application Hub (located in Brightspace) access will be granted after you apply and receive your access email.
  4. ATI TEAS test Version 7 results with an adjusted individual composite score of 58 or higher.
    • Please upload all scores - including those below 58 - to your Application Hub. Application Hub (located in Brightspace) access will be granted after you apply and receive your access email.
    • Scores must be within 3 years of application date.
    • Applicants can test 2 times within 1 year. Those who do not achieve the minimum score in 2 attempts within the same year are ineligible for 1 year.
  5. 2.5 cumulative college GPA
  6. IMPORTANT PRE-REQUISTE REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: BIO 114 or 220, BIO 115 or 225, ENG 101 and AHS 103 are all pre-requiste course requirements for the LPN Program.
