Total Solar Eclipse Viewing

Join the WVNCC Astronomy Club as we view and track the Total Solar Eclipse, a very rare astronomical occurrence where the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth - casting a shadow which leads to a period of darkness lasting several minutes.

Viewing glasses will be provided. Telescopes will also be provided or bring your own. If bringing your own telescope, please make sure it has the appropriate lens filter. More safety guidelines can be found here.

The Eclipse will also be projected inside B&O Auditorium for those who do not wish to go outside.
