This program, offered by Cheryl Kaczor at the WVU Extension Service, introduces participants to the experience and practice of mindfulness to reduce stress. You will learn about the benefits of mindfulness-based approaches to stress reduction, understand how to recognize your personal stressors, and other skills that allow you to relax and manage stress.
Lunch will be provided.
