A makerspace is a collaborative work space for making, learning, and exploring creative ideas! Makers can gather to work on projects while sharing ideas, equipment, and knowledge.
Northern's Makerspace is located in the Library (Learning Resource Center) and open to students, faculty and staff (by appointment) and has a variety of maker equipment including 3D printers/laser engraver/milling machines, soldering iron, laptops for code-writing, stationary & hand held scanners and even sewing machines!

Classes will last about 2 hours. Bring a friend from school.
Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday will still be open to those previously trained to come in & create from 9am – 4 pm.
