WVNCC Education Club to host Trunk or Treat event in Wheeling
Posted 10/20/25
West Virginia Northern Community College’s (WVNCC) Education Club will once again host its annual Trunk or Treat event for the community on Thursday, October 23, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. in the parking lot behind the B&O Building on the Wheeling Campus.
This year’s celebration will bring back the fun and festive spirit families have come to enjoy, with a new spooky twist — a haunted school bus experience. Children can also stop by the IDEA Center to create free fall-themed crafts while enjoying the festivities.
Guests will find a variety of creatively decorated vehicles filled with candy and treats, and families are encouraged to come in costume for a safe and entertaining evening of trick-or-treating.
“WVNCC's Education Club is proud to continue this tradition that brings our community together in a fun and meaningful way,” said Maclaine Murad, WVNCC’s Education Program Director. “We’re excited to add new activities this year that make the event even more engaging for families.”
