WVNCC registration for the Fall 2025 semester ends August 23

Students are encouraged to register for the Fall 2025 semester at West Virginia Community College by deadline of Saturday, August 23, 2025. The Fall 2025 semester begins Monday, August 25.

WVNCC will offer special Saturday hours on the final day to register, Saturday, August 23. On this day, all three campuses — Wheeling, Weirton, and New Martinsville — will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with staff available to assist with registration, advising, financial aid, and other student services. Outside of this special event, the college is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for registration.

“Fall classes are filling quickly, and we want to ensure every student has the opportunity to start their journey with us this semester,” said WVNCC President Dr. Daneil Mosser. “By opening on Saturday, we’re providing extra flexibility for those who may not be able to come in during the week.”

WVNCC offers a variety of associate degree and certificate programs in fields such as healthcare, business, welding, criminal justice, and more. In addition to in-person classes, WVNCC provides online and hybrid learning options to fit different schedules and learning preferences.
