Programs Requiring Licensure

Current and prospective students need to be aware of the importance of their physical location while enrolled in courses/programs, or while completing an internship or clinical hours required by the program in which they are enrolled.

If a student moves while enrolled in a program, the student should notify the Student Services office at WVNCC of the location change.

Students in the following programs are advised to review the information provided and confirm licensing requirements in their home states/territories before enrolling in this or any educational program, as state and territory licensing requirements may have changed since the information in this document was last updated.

A document is provided for each of the following programs that require professional licensure/registration. The document lists states and territories showing that WVNCC’s program does meet that state's requirements, does not meet that state's requirements, or it has not yet been determined by WVNCC if the training meets requirements.

Website and contact information for licensing bodies/registries in states/territories for the program are provided at the end of each disclosure document.
