Admission Requirements LPN Program

  1. High school graduate or equivalent (GED/TASC/HiSET).
  2. Program application form on file and $25 application fee. (Fee is to be paid once application is completed).
  3. Resume submitted to sandbox. Sandbox (located in Brightspace) access will be granted after you apply and receive your access email.
  4. ATI TEAS test Version 7 results with an adjusted individual composite score of 60 or higher.
    • Please upload all scores - including those below 60 - to your sandbox. Sandbox (located in Brightspace) access will be granted after you apply and receive your access email.
    • Scores must be within 3 years of application date; ATI TEAS test Version 6 accepted if within one year of test date.
    • Applicants can test 2 times within 1 year. Those who do not achieve the minimum score in 2 attempts within the same year are ineligible for 1 year.
  5. 2.5 cumulative college GPA (high school GPA within 3 years if no college GPA is established).
  6. IMPORTANT PRE-REQUISTE REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: BIO 114, BIO 115  , ENG 101, AHS 103 and ORNT 090 are all pre-requiste courses and as well as graduation requirements for the LPN Program. See your advisor to determine if you have met this requirement.
